By accessing, downloading, or using the CTR™ Framework, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the framework.

The CTR™ Framework is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). Under this license, you may:

  • Adapt, remix, transform, and build upon the framework
  • Use the framework for non-commercial purposes

The CTR™ Framework is designed for real-time assessment during content creation. You acknowledge that:

  • Post-hoc assessment cannot replicate real-time accuracy
  • Framework effectiveness depends on AI system transparency capabilities
  • Assessment quality may vary based on implementation approach

3.2 Framework Evolution

The framework methodology may evolve as AI capabilities change. You acknowledge that:

  • Framework updates will be provided to maintain accuracy
  • Methodology changes may affect rating consistency over time
  • Users are responsible for staying current with framework evolution
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of methodology updates

3.3 Human Agency and Final Authority

You retain final authority over all attribution decisions. You are responsible for:

  • Making reasonable adjustments based on collaborative context
  • Exercising human judgment appropriately and transparently
  • Maintaining the integrity of the transparency purpose
  • Documenting significant modifications with clear rationale

4. User Responsibilities and Compliance

4.1 Honest Implementation

You agree to use the CTR™ Framework with integrity and in good faith:

  • Apply methodology consistently across your content creation
  • Provide accurate assessment of collaborative contributions
  • Maintain transparency objectives rather than gaming the system
  • Exercise human oversight responsibly and documentably

4.2 Attribution Compliance

You must include proper framework attribution in all uses:

  • Standard attribution format for all implementations
  • Academic citation format for research and formal documents
  • Simplified attribution for social media and brief content
  • Proper trademark usage without claiming ownership

4.3 Intellectual Property Respect

You agree to respect all intellectual property rights:

  • Use CTR™ and related trademarks only as permitted
  • Provide proper attribution to framework creator
  • Respect third-party rights in your own content
  • Comply with all applicable copyright and licensing requirements

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the CTR™ Framework for:

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonnie Dunigan shall not be liable for any:

These terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate your use at any time by discontinuing framework use and removing all implementations.

We may terminate your rights to use the framework if you violate these terms, including:

  • Systematic misuse or misrepresentation
  • Intellectual property violations
  • Commercial use without proper licensing
  • Prohibited uses as defined in Section 5

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the framework and remove all implementations that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
